Do I need a new phone number?
You need a number that is not currently used in the normal WhatsApp app. Many businesses take a new SIM for this. We help you register it on the WhatsApp Business API.
Is this the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. Your bot runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, on your own verified business number.
Are WhatsApp's message charges included?
No. Meta charges a small fee per message after the free limit, billed directly to your WhatsApp account. Our plans cover the software, setup and support.
